The HardKorr Workout is a method that has been helpful for many; from professional athletes to the every day working professionals ! Training in three planes of motion; supine, lateral, and prone!

First Class

One on One Personal Training

We understand that no matter what your fitness goals are there’s always a personalized program for everyone based on their specific needs! Personal training to suit every individuals needs & differences. Classes that are out of the ordinary with options for everyone! A full body weight workout manipulating a 35 cm ball. Isolating exercises while under abdominal tension!

Second Training

Semi Private Training

Semi Private Training allows you to train with Kosta, 3 times per week for 1 hour each time, for the same price as 1 single personal training session. 3 times the sessions means 3 times the results!

I know you want to see results fast, that's why we tailor a program that's exactly right for you and your individual bio mechanics, experience and personality. There are no generic group workouts here! You get your own tailor made weights program geared towards weight loss, fat loss, strength and overall health and fitness. We do this by completing a complementary 1 hour health and fitness assessment before you begin your semi private personal training. That way we can figure out the best way to train you.

Third Class

Online Personal Training

Tired of trying to come up with the best workouts and follow the best diet for you? Trying to find an online personal trainer to do it for you? Let us take all the decisions out of your training and nutrition for you.

Online Personal Training is for people who cannot easily get to our gym or simply prefer to train at home. Our online coaching program will give you the next best thing to having your own expert personal trainer. It's also ideal for anyone who feels like they're not getting the most out of a gym membership and need some motivation and accountability.

You'll get a new program updated every 3-4 weeks, full online support and motivation to drive towards your results, all for a fraction of the cost of having a one-on-one personal trainer.

Zoom Schedule

Presently only one HardKorr class is offered. Class is on Saturdays at 11 and depending on demand we’re going to be starting on Thursdays. Stay tuned for more upcoming classes.
